  • Timeline: As each piece is printed and framed to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production and 7–10 business days for international delivery.

Caring for your Collection

To preserve the archival integrity of your Hahnemühle Photo Rag and the organic finish of our Bespoke Oak, we recommend the following:

  • Lighting: While our papers are acid-free and museum-grade, we recommend hanging your art away from prolonged, direct afternoon sunlight to maintain the depth of the Mediterranean palettes for decades.

  • Cleaning: Use a dry, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently dust the frame and the high-clarity acrylic. Never use glass cleaners or chemical solvents, as these can affect the raw wood finish.

  • Environment: Maintain a stable humidity level. Extreme moisture can affect the natural fibers of the fine-art paper and the expansion of the solid wood frame.
