Free and insured. Every order ships free, tracked and insured, from our partner studio in Germany. EU orders ship duty-free.
Timing. Prints are made to order: allow 3–5 working days for production, 7–10 for framed editions. Delivery is then usually 2–5 working days within the EU and 5–10 working days elsewhere. You receive a tracking email the moment it ships.
Packaging. Unframed prints travel rolled in a rigid archival tube. Framed prints travel flat in a reinforced box with corner protection.
Damage. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the artwork and the box and reply to your order email within 48 hours. We replace it at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.
Returns. You have 14 days from receiving the artwork to return it, no reason needed. Details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Light. Hahnemühle Photo Rag and pigment inks are archival, but no paper likes direct afternoon sun for years. Hang away from it and the colours will stay as they are for decades.
Cleaning. Dust the frame and glazing with a dry, lint-free cloth. No sprays or solvents on the oak.
Climate. Avoid damp rooms and sudden humidity changes; cotton paper and solid wood both move with moisture.
Unframed prints. Handle by the edges, and if you frame them yourself, ask for acid-free mounting and UV-filtering glazing.
