1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our "Exhibition" and acquiring works from Elegance Designs Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all collectors, interior designers, and visitors to our digital sanctuary.

2. Intellectual Property & Art Rights

• All artwork, including our signature Organic Triptychs and Alabaster Rhythm series, are the exclusive intellectual property of Elegance Designs Studio.

• Purchase of a physical print or framed set does not transfer copyright.

• No artwork may be reproduced, resold for commercial gain, or modified without express written consent from the studio.

3. Accuracy of Display

• We strive to display the colors and textures of our museum-grade paper and oak frames as accurately as possible.

• Please note that screen calibrations vary; the "Mediterranean Calm" of the physical piece may have subtle nuances not fully captured by digital mockups.

4. Pricing and Acquisitions

• All prices are subject to change without notice, reflecting the fluctuating costs of sustainably sourced materials and gallery-grade components.

• We reserve the right to limit the sale of our curated series to any person or geographic region to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

5. Prohibited Uses In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content to infringe upon the studio's intellectual property rights or to upload malicious code that could interfere with our "Mindful Home" browsing experience.
