  • Every order at Elegance Designs Studio is a custom acquisition.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for our master printers and framers to prepare your museum-grade panels and sustainably sourced oak frames.

  • You will receive a personal notification with tracking details the moment your art leaves the studio.

2. Carbon-Neutral Global Delivery

  • We believe in protecting the natural landscapes that inspire our work.

  • Every shipment from our studio is 100% Carbon-Neutral, utilizing eco-friendly couriers to minimize our environmental footprint.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary global shipping on all Framed Collections and Triptych sets.

3. Estimated Arrival Times

  • Europe & UK: 5–7 business days.

  • North America: 7–10 business days.

  • Rest of World: 10–14 business days.

  • Your triptychs are shipped in reinforced, gallery-grade packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
